Job Requirements: Minimum eight (8) to twelve (12+) years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role, with increasing responsibility in enterprise or strategic initiatives; Extensive experience in enterprise requirements management, governance frameworks, and operating model design; Strong background supporting SaaS platforms, client implementations, and Customer Delivery or Client Success organizations; Experience partnering with architects and technical teams on solution design, integration, and interoperability; Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems; pharmacy domain experience strongly preferred; Proven experience leading enterprise-level UAT, testing strategies, and implementation readiness frameworks; Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations within healthcare environments; Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives; Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies; Advanced process modeling and documentation skills (e.g., Microsoft Visio or similar tools); Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities; Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills; Ability to manage multiple enterprise initiatives in a fast-paced environment; High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Partner with Product Management and Architecture teams to define enterprise solution designs, including interoperability and integration strategies; Translate complex business needs into scalable technical and functional solutions, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities; Provide leadership in defining data, system, and integration requirements across enterprise initiatives; Testing, UAT & Implementation Readiness.
