The position shall provide a safe, clean environment for faculty, staff and students performing heavy custodial and grounds work, including the operation of heavy equipment to provide lawn care and snow removal as well as proper maintenance and repair of the building and grounds and related work, as required. - Clean and maintain offices, corridors, classrooms, study and practice rooms, staff and faculty lounges, conference rooms, hallways, entrances, auditoriums, laboratories, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
