The Successful Candidate Will . . .<ul><li>Responsible for prospecting, quoting and closing product installations and applications with homebuilders of varying size and product scope (custom to large production builders).  Also responsible for ongoing relationship management of existing builder partners.</li><li> Coordinates builder sales and marketing efforts with the General Managers, Region Managers, Region VP and VP Builder Sales.</li><li>Responsible for all aspects of homebuilder business development and growth.</li><li>Manages all facets of homebuilder relationship, including being able to work effectively with all levels from front-line through executive employees.</li><li>Develops and executes an effective sales and marketing strategy, utilizing the guidelines presented in the Builder Sales and Marketing manual.
