p>MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE: • College Degree in accounting, finance, or business and/or equivalent experience • 5- 10 years of banking product design/development and/or business development experience • 5 -10 years of either treasury management product management, payment card management (issuing or acquiring), and/or internet based payments and information services experience; to include exposure to sales, operations and systems management • 3 - 5 years of project management related experience • Marketing, sales, and business development experience preferred • Knowledge of banking products and design • Knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies • Knowledge of product/community/market relationships • Knowledge of bank Treasury Management products, services, operating systems and interactions with the Federal Reserve Bank • Basic knowledge of rules and regulations governing accounts and cash management operations • Superior product development skills • Ability to interpret market needs • Superior marketing and problem solving skills • Ability to research and compile information for the purpose of recommending product and/or services marketing opportunities • Superior analytical skills • Good forecasting skills • Superior creative thinking skills • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
