Working in a fast-paced environment, the ER RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care while collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure timely and effective treatment. The Emergency Room Staff RN also plays a key role in promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care while supporting the hospital’s mission to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality emergency services to the community.
