Own Frontline Staffing Logistics: Open, manage, and close job requisitions, post roles, coordinate interviews, welcome candidates, validate I-9s, and assist with job offer processes while partnering with Talent Acquisition and store leadership on staffing plans and internal mobility processes. Partner Across People Teams: Work with Store Manager, Department Managers, Talent Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition to support staffing strategy, headcount planning, employee inquiries, and people initiatives across the store.
