The Utility Services team is also responsible for analyzing requests for attachment to client's poles and network reliability improvements on client's electric distribution systems. Our regional offices, hands-on mentality, and world-wide integrated teams provide an ability to leverage subject matter experts and industry best-practices wherever a project may lie geographically.
li> Record and receipt Assumed Name certificates, partnerships, etc., and give notary publics their oath of office, record order in Clerks Order Book and mail report to Secretary of the Commonwealth. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with court officials, associates and the general public.
Roles & Responsibilities: Support timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals and overall maintenance of all operational accounts. Prepare and process the yearly Sliding Fee audit, including pulling all applications associated with that year's audit request, ensuring accuracy, completion, and consistency, then scanning them for audit.
li>Understanding of all mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA/ In-House) and knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes and documentation requirements is preferred.
