Additional responsibilities include coordinating communication between coaching staffs, athletics administration, and campus departments; assisting in the development and evaluation of procedures designed to prevent NAIA and WHAC violations; monitoring fundraising activities for compliance; supporting athletic fundraising initiatives and annual fundraising events; assisting with the hiring, onboarding, supervision, and evaluation of student employees and graduate assistants; participating in departmental meetings, workshops, and retreats; and coordinating community outreach and volunteer service opportunities for student-athletes.
