We now operate across 21 markets worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand. <h3>The Role</h3></div>This is a full-time position, based in the U.S. The role is currently fully remote but may require occasional in-person meetings and events in the future. Sales<ul><li>Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes</li><li>Identifying and interacting with new potential Crimson customers</li><li>Establishing rapport with parents and their students to communicate and showcase the benefits of working with Crimson Education above and beyond our competitors</li><li>Conducting sales consultations and academic assessments professionally and which aligns with the Crimson brand and culture</li><li>Presenting and promoting Crimson products as per the company's sales process to prospective families</li><li>Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationships that lead to positive experiences and referrals</li><li>Consistent and timely onboarding of new clients to the Student Success Manager team</li><li>Contacting existing clients to inform and upsell them on new developments within Crimson’s product offering.</li><li>Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction</li><li>Continuously improving sales techniques and enhancing industry knowledge</li><li>Hosting or attending some sales oriented marketing events (mostly online) when necessary</li><li>Maintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment of accounts</li><li>Providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve sales processes</li><li>Being a proactive contributor to a generous, close-knit high high-performing team</li></ul><h4> Qualifications Required:</h4><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in sales or business or an education-oriented field, and/or equivalent job experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the education space</li><li>A clear understanding of sales fundamentals</li><li>Strong communication skills and customer rapport building</li><li>Time management skills and ability to adapt to work on a fully remote team that’s situated across all four US time zones</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; experience speaking or presenting in front of large groups is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of the US college admissions process and competitive Ivy League landscape is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is a plus</li></ul><h4> Why work for Crimson?</h4><ul><li>Flexible working environment, you will be empowered to structure how you work</li><li>Option to work from our many locations/remotely around the globe (role dependent) with us!</li><li>Limitless development and exposure- our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year.</li><li>$1,000 training budget per year- we love to level up!</li><li>Psychologist on staff</li><li>Impressive fireside chats and workshops to help the team continuously level up</li><li>Radical Candour is a feedback approach we live by</li><li>We’re a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globe!</li></ul> If you're passionate about education and people, and looking for a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and want to work with cutting-edge technology, then we'd love to hear from you!Please keep an eye on your spam/junk email folder for correspondence from Team Tailor.
