Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Zscaler Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage and maintain our Zscaler security solutions, providing Level 2 (L2) support for critical products such as ZPA (Zscaler Private Access) and ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access). This role requires expertise in network security, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Zscaler infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Provide L2 support for Zscaler products, including ZPA, ZIA, and ZIP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions for network security and system optimization.
- Ensure that security policies and configurations are properly implemented and maintained.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to Zscaler systems for auditing and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Zscaler products and services, including ZPA, ZIA, and ZIP.
- Hands-on experience in L2 Admin support, managing and maintaining security solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex network security issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in network security and cloud-based security solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise security policies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps environments and security compliance standards.
