Position OverviewIn cooperation with fellow Zip Ride Manager, is responsible for leading a large energetic group of seasonal tour guides and oversees the operation and management of the zip rides at The Summit.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain and manage staff so that they have the knowledge to carry out a safe and fun programResponsible for all paperwork, logs, and inventory control for the programMonitor equipment and facility conditions and report and deficiencies to Aerial DirectorParticipate in periodic performance evaluations of staff and in disciplinary actionsEffectively maintain a training and practitioner experience portfolioModel the Scout Oath and Law in daily interactionsMaintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work areaPerform additional duties assigned by SBR leadershipAbide by policies and procedures outlined in the SBR staff handbookQualificationsMinimum age: 21+Required: C.O.P.E.
