Position OverviewResponsible for overseeing the operation and management of Eagle Flight, Gateway, and Legacy zips, and zip staff. This manager will provide training, customer service and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain and manage staff to have the knowledge to carry out a safe, impactful, and fun programMonitor equipment conditions and report deficiencies to remove unsafe equipment and modify operationsProvide periodic performance evaluations of staff and partake in any disciplinary actionsMaintain Inventory control for program operations, equipment, and facilitiesEffectively maintain a training and practitioner experience portfolioModel the Scout Oath and Law in daily interactionsMaintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work areaPerform additional duties assigned by SBR leadershipAbide by policies and procedures outlined in the SBR staff handbookQualificationsMinimum age: 21+Required: BSA C.O.P.E.
