What matters

A strong portfolio of YouTube -specific long -form work

Advanced editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar)
<\/p><\/li>
Hands -on shooting experience and comfort running audio solo
<\/p><\/li>
Deep familiarity with YouTube golf and its creators
<\/p><\/li>
Strong instincts for pacing, storytelling, and personality -led content
<\/p><\/li>
A genuine obsession with golf (playing experience strongly preferred)
<\/p><\/li>
Experience with, or interest in learning, AI tools or programming environments such as Claude Code is a bonus
