Youth Specialist – Family Division, Juvenile Unit About the Role:
Support the development and delivery of youth programming under the guidance of the Program Director and direct supervision of the Program Leader. This is a position with the Branch County Day Treatment Program. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in implementing Day Treatment Program policies and activities.
- Engage and supervise youth in program-related activities.
- Promote personal growth and social development through structured interventions.
Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field (required).
Qualifications: - Experience working with youth or in community-based programs (preferred).
- Understanding of the Juvenile Justice System and Children’s Services programs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
