KidsUnited is an early childhood development soccer center serving children ages 18 months to 9 years. Our unique training method uses soccer to develop children’s physical abilities, confidence, focus, coordination, and social skills.


As a KidsUnited Coach, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact during some of the most important years of a child’s development. Through ongoing training and professional development, you’ll also strengthen your skills and reach your full coaching potential.


Responsibilities


  • Lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate classes for children ages 18 months to 9 years
  • Follow the KidsUnited curriculum, class structure, and coaching standards
  • Help children develop body awareness, soccer coordination, confidence, and essential life skills
  • Create a positive, welcoming, and encouraging environment for children and families
  • Build strong relationships with parents and provide feedback on their child’s progress
  • Maintain accurate records of player progress and evaluations
  • Follow all health and safety procedures during classes and activities
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings
  • Contribute feedback and ideas to support the continued improvement of the KidsUnited training program
Qualifications


Candidates must meet one of the following experience requirements:


  • At least six months of youth soccer coaching experience; or
  • At least one year of experience working with children, combined with a background in playing soccer

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Reliability, patience, energy, and professionalism
  • Availability to work daytime, evening, and weekend hours as needed
  • Ability to learn and consistently follow the KidsUnited curriculum and coaching methods
