Program Delivery Assist with preparation of SEL-focused lessons and materials; Support organization of curriculum materials and program supplies; Provide direct support to youth during programming, helping ensure a safe and inclusive environment; Assist with facilitating activities, including small group support as needed; Support implementation of behavior management strategies aligned with program values; Support staff in keeping youth engaged and participating in programming Program Support & Collaboration Collaborate with staff to uphold a positive program culture; Communicate observations and concerns to senior staff in a timely manner; Support continuity and structure during transitions and throughout the day
