The Arc Fond du Lac is seeking a compassionate and organized Youth Community Enrichment Case Manager to support youth participants and their families through our Youth Community Enrichment Program (YCEP).Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of youth with IDD and develop person-centered service plans.Coordinate participant admissions, assessments, annual reviews, and discharges.Work closely with families, guardians, schools, and service providers.Plan engaging activities, community outings, and skill-building opportunities.Ensure compliance with Wisconsin CLTS Waiver regulations and documentation requirements.Assist with staff training, onboarding, and program oversight.Support participant health, safety, and overall quality of care.Drive accessible vehicles for community-based activities as needed.QualificationsAge 21 or older.Coursework in Advanced Early Childhood Development or at least 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.Valid Wisconsin driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.Schedule & BenefitsFull-time, exempt positionPrimarily weekday hoursRequired 1 Saturday per month during the school yearOccasional evening/weekend hours as neededBenefits include:PTO and paid holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Life insuranceWhy Join The Arc?Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering youth with disabilities through advocacy, education, training, and community inclusion.Apply today and help make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families in our community.
