Youth Career Specialist (Part-Time)

This position is a Part-Time position.

This position is a temporary position expected to last through April 2027.

JOB SUMMARY

This position will register eligible customers into the Youth Program.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct employment searches.
• Develop youth worksites.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs and youth recreational activities.
• Develop an approach to set goals, skill attainment, employment search, and placement.
• Conduct outreach to generate new customers and business for the Youth Center.
• Maintain customer data, assessments, planned goals, outcomes, and other required records.
• Facilitate customer and employer satisfaction is promoted, including during assessment, registration, intensive services, placement, and follow-up.
• Work with Summer Youths to place them into subsidized work experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
