WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Shift Supervisor is a non-exempt position responsible for overseeing all direct care staff, certifying that staff is completing assignments according to the program's policies and procedures.

High School diploma or equivalent, plus two (2) years of experience working with children and or families.
Or an Associate degree and one (1) year of experience working with children and or families, Bachelors degree preferred.
Certified in CPR and First Aid
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
Strong oral and written communication skills
Bilingual communication skills in Spanish /English are required.
Proof of Immunization for: Varicella (2 doses), MMR (2 doses), Influenza (1 dose yearly), Tdap (1 dose).
Responsible for moving client belongings when required, up to 25 pounds.
Must possess an ability to work under stressful client situations.
Potential exposure to communicable diseases
Use of personal vehicle to transport clients as needed.
Must have a valid driver's license with auto insurance coverage.
