The Young Adult Peer Mentor is responsible for engaging with individuals served and facilitating their participation in the ASD Wraparound Service. The overall goal is to help individuals who have a serious mental illness achieve their maximum potential while living in the community. The Young Adult Peer Mentor strives to empower individuals served to take control of their lives in order to develop self-worth, life and work skills, social skills, and self-esteem.

Salary Range-$24.00-$28.00
Fully Remote Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one day per week scheduled from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Travel Requirements: Regular travel is required to meet with clients and provide services in community homes throughout Western Massachusetts, including the Berkshires region.
