Getting your real estate license is the first step. Figuring out how to consistently find clients, convert opportunities, write contracts, and actually close homes is where many new agents get stuck.

Hudson Stonegate Team, powered by PLACE, is looking for licensed Colorado real estate agents who want a clearer path to production.

You do not need years of experience or an existing book of business. We are open to newly licensed agents as well as agents who have been in real estate but have struggled to create consistent production.

From the start, agents have access to team-generated real estate opportunities, including individually assigned leads and a large existing lead database that continues to grow.

But we believe quality matters more than simply giving agents more names and phone numbers to call.

Agents who demonstrate consistent follow-up, use the available systems, communicate well with clients, and show they can convert opportunities may earn access to exclusive mortgage-qualified buyers.

These are not simply internet inquiries. These buyers have already been financially qualified, have an established purchasing range, and are actively positioned to buy. When one is assigned to you, that buyer is yours to work exclusively.

Perform well with those opportunities and additional qualified buyers can continue to be provided.

At the same time, we help you build something that belongs to you. Through coaching, training, scripts, technology and support, you can learn how to develop your own database, sphere, referral business, listings and long-term client relationships.

Agents also have access to transaction coordination, showing support, listing support, marketing assistance, administrative leverage and other resources designed to allow you to spend more of your time working with clients and building your business.

Daily and weekly coaching and training opportunities are available to help you improve your skills, develop productive habits and learn the systems successful agents use.

Compensation: 100% commission-based opportunity
Estimated annual earnings: $66,000–$110,000 based on production
Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible — work in-office, hybrid or remotely based on what works best for your business

Our goal for productive agents is to build toward a consistent 1–2 closings per month and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Respond quickly when client and lead opportunities are assigned
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and sellers
• Follow up consistently with leads, prospects and past clients
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
• Prepare, write and negotiate real estate offers and contracts
• Guide clients from initial consultation through closing
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity information using the team's CRM
• Work team-provided opportunities as well as develop self-generated business
• Build a personal sphere, database, referral network and long-term client base
• Utilize available scripts, coaching, training and professional-development resources
• Collaborate with transaction coordination, showing, listing, marketing and administrative support
• Deliver professional, responsive communication and a high level of client service

Qualifications

• Active Colorado real estate license required
• No minimum number of previous real estate transactions required
• Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply
• Previous sales or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, responsive and dependable
• Comfortable working independently as a 1099 real estate professional
• Willingness to learn new systems, strategies and sales skills
• Open to coaching, feedback and accountability
• Comfortable following up consistently with prospective clients
• Able to respond quickly when qualified buyer opportunities are assigned
• Motivated to build a consistent, long-term real estate business
