. The Yellow Iron Mechanic is responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repairs at the facility industrial processing equipment. We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual with an excellent commitment to health & safety to join our team in

Responsibilities
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Industrial maintenance experience; conveyors, compressors hydraulic system, kiln, boilers, electrical, welding
- Disassemble/Reassemble facility equipment to examine or repair
- Fabricate metal pieces and replace gaskets as needed
- Determine cause of malfunctioning systems and perform repair or replacement of defective component(s)
- Monitor equipment to ensure all repairs and testing are completed to insure proper operation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hydraulic system repair experience
- Compressor, conveyors and other industrial processing equipment
- Industrial maintenance experience required
- Heavy equipment repair experience
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to use a cutting rig- welding
- Proficient with computers and systems
- Knowledge of the industry's latest technology or having experience working with electronics
- This is 100% Onsite, No Remote Work

- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste
- Climb up and down vertical ladders
- Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force
- 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical
- 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit)
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Valid Driver's License required
- Punctuality and attendance required
- Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
- Background check, drug screen and physical- required
