     We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Yard Worker to join our team in Kennedale. This is a fast-paced, outdoor/warehouse environment where safety and efficiency are our top priorities. You’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring materials are moving smoothly and the yard stays organized.

     Key Responsibilities:

    • Forklift Operation: Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift (FLT) to load/unload delivery trucks and move heavy materials.
    • Inventory Management: Organize stock within the yard and warehouse to ensure easy access including maintaining stock levels, stock rotation and stock counts
    • General Yard Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, clear of debris, and compliant with safety standards.
    • Order Picking: Accurately pull materials for outgoing orders based on pick sheets, safely of loading and unloading
    • Safety First: Conduct daily equipment checks and strictly follow all OSHA and company safety protocols.
    • Flexible Operations: Undertake other duties as assigned by management to support changing business needs and team goals. 
    • Shipping & Receiving Accuracy: Perform rigorous quality checks on all incoming and outgoing goods; verify quantities and packing slips to ensure 100% order accuracy. 
    • Team Collaboration: Act as a true team player by proactively assisting colleagues with their tasks to ensure the entire depot succeeds.
    Requirements:

    • FLT Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of experience operating a Forklift (Certification preferred).
    • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in various Texas weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
    • Reliability: Strong attendance record and a "can-do" attitude.
    • Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to handle paperwork and shipping labels.
    • Location: Must be able to commute to Kennedale, TX reliably.
    • Attitude & Growth: A strong desire to learn and grow within the company; we want someone who wants to help build this location.

    Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
