TempExperts is seeking a dependable Yard Worker to support yard and material-handling operations in Fort Myers, FL. This position will be responsible for organizing and inspecting equipment, preparing materials for delivery, and maintaining a safe and orderly yard environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, move, and stage scaffolding, access equipment, and construction materials.
• Inspect equipment for damage and report repair or maintenance needs.
• Clean, sort, organize, and store materials in designated yard locations.
• Pull and prepare orders for customer delivery and pickup.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment when certified.
• Assist with inventory counts and equipment tracking.
• Assist drivers and warehouse personnel with material staging and loading needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free yard and work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, yard, construction, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work involving frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
