- Maintain open and effective communication with other departments and managers proactively mitigating issues and concerns
- Field incoming calls and emails responding appropriately and timely to internalexternal customer inquiries
- Ensures equipment is well maintained and in good working order
- Perform other duties as assignedQualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Five years previous Yard experience at least three years in the transportation industryKSAs
- Strong problem solving skills to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form
- High level of attention detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal written and listening communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and outcome focused with developed decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal skills active listening and relationship building skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word Outlook and Excel and basic know of transportation computer based systems

- Basic math skills for load planning and rigging
- Knowledge and experience with rigging and craning
