HELP WANTED – Scrap Metal Yard Helper / Manager
We’re looking for a hard-working, dependable individual to join our team at Christensen Recycling!
Position: Yard Laborer
Location: Sayreville, NJ
Starting Pay: $20/hour – with opportunity for growth
Schedule: Full-time (7am to 4pm w/possible O/T)
Work Environment:This is an outdoor position – must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
Job Duties Include:
- Sorting and separating various types of metals
- Dismantling appliances, machinery, and other items
- Maintaining yard inventory and organization
Requirements:
- Forklift experience is a must
- Must be reliable and able to work independently and with a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
