Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Yard Picker to join our Distribution Center team. This is an outdoor position, ideal for individuals who enjoy working outside and being active throughout the day. Yard Pickers play a critical role in keeping our yard organized, safe, and efficiently stocked for our busy fertilizer and agricultural supply operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and move product by hand and with a sit-down forklift.
- Lift and transport bags weighing up to 50 pounds to ranch panels.
- Maintain organization and safety of the outdoor yard.
- Assist with general yard duties to support smooth operations in a busy, high-volume outdoor environment.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working outdoors for the entirety of the shift, in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Forklift experience preferred, but not required; training can be provided.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Enjoy being part of an active, outdoor-focused team.
