Yard Coordinator

Essential Duties

• Monitor whole goods inventory
• Assess and ensure readiness of machines to perform
• Assess and ensure the cleanliness of all company owned equipment
• Take pictures of machinery as needed
• Complete necessary paperwork to assess the condition of incoming and outgoing rentals and other company owned machinery
• Occasionally handle phone calls
• Ensure the yard is organized and presentable within reason
• Perform general building and yard maintenance as directed
• Load and unload all trucks with equipment pertaining to the yard

Education and Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Experience with construction equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math skills

Pay rate commensurate with knowledge, ability, experience and location.
