Xactimate Billing Coordinator

ServiceMaster by Diamond Quality Services is a certified firm with the IICRC in fire and water damage. We are looking to expand our team. We are seeking a motivated individual who has strong customer relation skills, and is a highly self motivated multi - tasker.

The Xactimate Billing Coordinator is responsible for writing estimates within the program while ensuring that each clients requirements are met.

Primary Duties include:

• Taking in new lead information
• Data Entry within the Xactimate program.
• Keeping up to date with new guidelines as they come in
• Answering phones *In most cases, you are the first contact our customers will have with ServiceMaster while dealing with their catastrophic event. Ensuring that we are "Restoring Peace of Mind" will be top priority.
• Filing paperwork
• Assist with collections

Required skills:

• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Outstanding written and verbal skills
• Ability to hold strong and professional during tense or high stress situations
• Communication and customer service skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Xactimate experience is a huge bonus but not required.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
