The Role

Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their skill, experience and job knowledge. Supervises and trains employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed. Recommends training to enhance skill and productivity of employees, and assists in development of training procedures. Breaks broad strategies down to practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to perform these plans. Responsible for complying with all technical aspects of the job including adherence to all drawings, procedures, etc. Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations that have a significant financial impact on the companys performance. Supervises qualified trades staff; monitoring job and budget performance for all shifts.

Current/ Previous PRS/ Contamination Worker Qualification/ Experience

Visibility of High/ Medium Risk Nuclear/ Radiological Work across the programs

o Freeze Seals, Contaminated Primary Valve Work, RLWs, Resin Discharges, etc.

High level understanding of LRM to support nuclear skill needs

Engaged with O67 Training curriculum review and make recommendations

o Monitors qualifications across the programs to ensure they are right sized to support current/ upcoming work

Owner of Nuclear Freeze Protection across yard IAW Y-1015

Visibility of Nuclear tooling needs/ gaps

Visibility of clearance health across the programs

X43 Nuclear GF TBO Role:

Current/ Previous PRS/ Contamination Worker Qualification/ Experience

Visibility of High/ Medium Risk Nuclear/ Radiological Work across the programs

o Refueling/ Defueling Operations, Primary Valve Overhaul

High level understanding of LRM to support nuclear skill needs

Engaged with O67 Training curriculum review and make recommendations

o Monitors qualifications across the programs to ensure they are right sized to support current/ upcoming work

Owns Refueling manning ramp ups and demanning efforts

Visibility of Nuclear tooling needs/ gaps

Visibility of clearance health across the programs

Must Have

BS/Apprentice + 4 years production supervisor experience OR Non-BS/Non-Apprentice with 6 years combined production supervisory experience and/or CS experience.
