Summary:
The X-Ray Technician is responsible for performing and providing appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines. This role requires maintaining all equipment for procedures, assessing safety, and ensuring the physical and physiological comfort of the patient. The technician will also monitor the need for procedure revisions, coordinate daily imaging procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines.
Maintain all equipment for procedures, assess safety, procedure, physical and physiological comfort of patient.
Monitor need for procedure revisions, coordinate daily imaging procedure, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
1-3 years’ experience as an X-Ray Technician.
Demonstrate knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care of all equipment.
