Blue Hill Community Schools is seeking dynamic and committed Wrestling Coaches. Open Positions Head/Assistant Varsity Boys Wrestling Coach Head/Assistant Varsity Girls Wrestling Coach Junior High Girls Wrestling Coach What We're Looking For Technique & Strategy: A solid understanding of wrestling fundamentals, match strategy, and safety protocols. Mentorship: A commitment to developing well-rounded athletes who have great effort and attitude on the mat, in the classroom, and in the community. Growth Mindset: An interest in building our emerging Girls Wrestling program and continuing the tradition of our Boys program. Communication: Ability to work effectively with parents, administration, and fellow coaching staff.
