    What We're Looking For:
    • Associate Degree in Nursing required
    • BSN preferred
    • Current RN license in the applicable state required
    • Two years of clinical nursing experience preferred
    • Wound Care Certification required
    • Ostomy Certification required
    • Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
    • Passion for patient education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice
    What You'll Do:
    • Assess and manage complex wounds, including surgical wounds, pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers, burns, and other skin conditions
    • Develop and implement individualized wound care treatment plans, including advanced therapies and dressing recommendations
    • Provide preoperative and postoperative ostomy education and support
    • Evaluate and manage ostomy-related concerns, including leakage, peristomal skin complications, and stoma management
    • Educate patients, caregivers, and clinical staff on wound prevention, treatment, and ongoing care
    • Serve as a clinical resource to nursing and interdisciplinary teams
    • Coordinate staff scheduling and patient assignments for Wound & Ostomy Services
    • Collaborate across departments to support efficient wound and ostomy supply management
    • Support quality improvement initiatives, productivity goals, and clinical best practices
    • Promote evidence-based care that enhances patient outcomes and operational efficiency
