    What You'll Do

    • Coordinate the facility's wound care and skin management program
    • Develop and update individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
    • Assess wounds, monitor healing progress, and implement treatment plans
    • Educate residents, families, and staff on wound care and prevention
    • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure quality outcomes
    • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with nursing standards

    What You'll Need

    • Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Clinical experience in wound care, skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred
    • Knowledge of infection control principles and nursing best practices
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
    • Ability to adapt to changing resident and facility needs
