What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and support the facility's wound care and skin management program
  • Develop and update resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor wound healing progress and implement appropriate interventions
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on wound care and prevention strategies
  • Transcribe and follow physician orders accurately
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care standards are met

What You'll Need

  • Current Washington LPN license
  • Experience in wound care, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred
  • Knowledge of infection control and nursing best practices
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing resident and facility needs
