WW Events Operations & Intake

  • Own the day-to-day WW Events intake tracker and ensure all submissions are complete and progressing through the review process.
  • Conduct an initial quality review of all event requests, validating alignment to strategic priorities, timing, budget, PR opportunity, production support, and governance requirements.
  • Maintain the WW Events calendar and ensure approved events are accurately tracked from intake through recap.
  • Manage event status across the lifecycle (Proposed → In Review → Recommended → Approved → Delivered → Recapped).
  • Prepare weekly leadership review materials, highlighting recommendations, key decisions, and outstanding actions.
  • Track follow-ups and action items resulting from leadership reviews and ensure timely closure.

Strategy Implementation & Geo Enablement

  • Support implementation of the WW Events strategy across Retail, helping geo teams consistently apply the global framework.
  • Develop and maintain WW Events playbooks, operational documentation, templates, and governance resources.
  • Maintain decision logs, FAQs, and intake guidance to improve consistency and transparency across regions.
  • Partner closely with geo teams to identify process improvements and scale best practices globally.

Reporting & Performance

  • Build and maintain WW Events reporting dashboards tracking attendance, foot traffic, PR participation, reach, and other key performance metrics.
  • Produce monthly business reviews that identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations—not simply report activity.

  • Monitor performance against the Fewer, Bigger, Buzzier strategy and identify opportunities to strengthen the overall event portfolio.
  • Maintain a repository of event case studies and best practices to inform future planning.

  • Develop standardized templates, documentation, and tools that improve efficiency across WW, Geo, PR, Production, and partner teams.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate manual effort, and improve visibility into event operations.
  • Support implementation of new operational tools and systems that strengthen planning, tracking, and reporting across the Events organization.
