Role Overview/ Description:
The role owns endpoint and device management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable service delivery aligned to contractual commitments, SLAs, and client expectations. Design, configure, and optimize Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM policies, profiles, baselines, and deployment models.
This role serves as the Workplace Services Lead for endpoint management across 4 public clouds (Azure, AWS, OCI, GCP)and acts as a key interface between Client Stakeholders, Accenture Delivery Towers, Security, Service Desk, and Global Tools teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Own Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM services within the IMS Workplace / EUC tower, accountable for service stability, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.
Establish and maintain service governance, including KPIs, operational metrics, risk management, and escalation management.
Act as the escalation point for complex endpoint related incidents, problems, and service risks.
Provide oversight for device lifecycle services, including provisioning, configuration, patching, software deployment, compliance enforcement, and decommissioning.
Ensure standardized delivery models, runbooks, and operational processes are followed across global delivery teams.
Drive effective collaboration between Service Desk, Field Services, Security Operations, and Endpoint Engineering teams.
Platform Strategy & Transformation:
Lead the Modern Workplace and endpoint management strategy within IMS, including cloud first management and Co Management (Intune + MECM/SCCM) adoption.
Support client transformation initiatives, including Windows 10/11 modernization, MDM enablement, and reduction of legacy endpoint dependencies.
Security, Risk & Compliance Alignment:
Partner with Accenture Security, IAM, and Compliance teams to ensure endpoint platforms align with security standards, audit requirements, and client policies.
Ensure enforcement of MDM compliance, endpoint hardening, conditional access, and vulnerability remediation as part of IMS scope.
Proactively identify and manage delivery and compliance risks, raising them through formal IMS governance channels.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
Serve as the primary IMS point of contact for endpoint management discussions with client stakeholders.
