What You'll Do

  • Maintain a high standard across all shared spaces, including kitchen and common areas
  • Ensure the office is consistently organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
  • Oversee day-to-day workplace operations and flow
  • Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors and employees
  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and building management
  • Prepare meeting rooms and support office events
