About CBRE Experience Services:
CBRE is the world's largest commercial real estate services firm. Within CBRE, the Experience Services business partners with leading companies to design and operate workplace environments that people actually want to come to. We treat the daily experience of work as a product worth obsessing over-and we staff our sites with people who feel the same way.
About the Role:
This role is located at a global headquarters - a high-visibility building where C-suite executives, board members, and international guests are present every day. This role owns the hospitality and programming layer of GHQ - F&B rituals, community activation, and the day-to-day experience that shapes how employees and guests feel in the space. It is a net new position that fills a critical gap between operational execution and genuine workplace culture-building, and directly supports the elevated experience vision of GHQ.
What You'll Do:
A Typical Day May Look Like:
The day starts with a walk of the floor - checking that the lobby is immaculate, executive reception is set, conference rooms are turned, and every amenity space looks the way it should for a build that senior leadership will move through all day. You may check-in with the Experience Associates and day porters - aligning on what's set up, what's coming, and where attention is needed. You're scanning the day's schedule: which meetings need hospitality support, whether the F&B activation is on track, and if any VIP moments need a closer eye. Mid-morning might be a vendor call to refine next week's grab-and-go selection or a quick walk of the floor to assess how the pantry and common areas are presenting. After lunch you may shift toward programming - finalizing details for an upcoming community event, drafting the employee communication, or reviewing feedback from the last activation to iterate the next one. The afternoon is planning and coordination: working through the week ahead, flagging anything that needs to be escalated to the Senior Manager, and ensuring the associates and porters have what they need to close out the day well.
