Job Information

Help create a workplace where people feel welcomed, supported, and ready to do their best work. As our Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be at the center of the employee and visitor experience at our West Fargo headquarters. From welcoming guests and coordinating workplace services to supporting events, facilities, safety initiatives, and day-to-day employee needs, you'll help keep our workplace organized and running smoothly. Role & Responsibility

Administrative Support

• Be the face of our NA Headquarter facility, welcoming employees, and visitors at our front desk and answering any general questions.
• Support all necessary communications, internally and externally, including telephone coverage, e-mail monitoring, and mail handling.,

o Open and sort mail, determining level of priority

• Manage locker check-out program.
• Support meeting requests, as needed.
• Assist in the creation of purchase orders and receiving of invoices as needed.

Facilities and Safety Management

• Coordinate lunch orders, snacks, and beverages for NA headquarters.
• Mailroom and supply ordering.
• Badge management and I9 verification.
• Ensure legal postings are accurate at all NA locations.
• Coordinate with local support staff to ensure Emergency Response Team is identified and up to date with certifications.
• Assist with the coordination and communication of emergency evacuation plans relative to the facility.
• Coordinate rental vehicles, as needed.
• Oversee the Bobcat store, including inventory, ordering, pricing.

Job Requirement

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Basic computer skills
• Education Required: Associate's Degree
• Experience Required: 2>5 years
• Travel Required: <10%
