About the Role:
The Workplace Experience Coordinator acts as the programming lead and concierge for tenants in the office and life science component. Host helps drive Tenant and Life Science Community Engagement through the Activate app for properties through Tenant lunch and learns, programming, and activations. The individual will help drive amenity usage and act as a Concierge to provide hands-on personalized service to tenants and ensure quality events, engagement, and support at all times.
The Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing marketing and communications support, scheduling assistance, programming documentation updates, research, reporting and other duties as needed in support of workplace programs. The Host will partner with clients Property Management teams, Marketing, Leasing and on-site third-party vendors to provide the best-in-class service to tenants and partners.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $60,000 annually [or $28.85 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
