About the Role

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service across both the office environment and the Vanderbilt Suite, supporting daily operations, hospitality services, meetings, events, and catering needs.

This role is ideal for someone who brings a hospitality-first mindset, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to support a variety of workplace experience functions as business needs evolve.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Support daily operations within the workplace and Vanderbilt Suite environments.
  • Coordinate meeting room reservations, visitor experiences, and hospitality services.
  • Assist with catering coordination, setup, delivery, presentation, and event support.
  • Support workplace events, employee engagement activities, and special programs.
  • Support pantry and hospitality operations, including stocking beverages and supplies, maintaining presentation standards, assisting with pantry setup and cleanup, and ensuring hospitality spaces remain guest-ready throughout the day.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Respond to inquiries, requests, and workplace issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Maintain hospitality spaces, conference rooms, and shared areas to established standards.
  • Assist with onboarding support, workplace services, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Look routinely for opportunities to improve the guest and employee experience.

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Preferred experience in hospitality, guest services, workplace experience, hotels, private clubs, event operations, or a customer-facing service environment.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences. A desire to help others and create positive experiences.
  • Understanding of operational needs with ability to complete tasks with flexibility, urgency, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Adaptable mindset and ability to thrive in different workspaces. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional judgment, initiative, and a proactive approach to service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required to support meetings, events, or business needs.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $55,000.00 annually ($26.44 hourly) and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $65,000.00 annually ($31.25 hourly). The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
