Job Summary
We are seeking a Working Foreman to join our team! In this role, you will layout, order, and install commercial HVAC equipment and duct work. You will be responsible for training employees and ensuring they adhere to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Working Foreman and a history of strong leadership. 

Responsibilities 

• Ensure all employees follow safety regulations
• Meet with all employees for regular performance reviews
• Deliver feedback to management
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance
• Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment
• Maintain adequate levels of inventory and reorder as needed
• Planning and laying out all types of sheet-metal maintenance work from blueprints
• The physical job requirement involves, but is not limited to, walking, reaching, bending-over, concentration in the presence of noise, lifting items up to 50 lbs
• Other administrative tasks as necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sheet metal installation 
• Foreman training or certification is preferred
• Deep understanding of work optimization methods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills
• Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
