Working Production Supervisor
Lead from the floor — not behind a desk.
We’re hiring a hands-on SMT Production Supervisor to work side-by-side with the team, keep lines running, and drive output in a fast-paced PCB manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly on SMT lines (pick-and-place, reflow, AOI) to hit daily production goals
- Lead and support SMT operators, assemblers, and technicians
- Assist with setups, changeovers, feeder setups, and troubleshooting
- Monitor line performance and fix issues in real time
- Read work orders, BOMs, and assembly drawings
- Ensure IPC standards, quality, and ESD protocols are followed
- Perform in-process inspections and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with engineering and quality to resolve issues fast
What You Need:
- SMT / PCB or manufacturing supervisor experience
- Leadership or lead experience on a production floor
- Knowledge of pick-and-place, reflow ovens, AOI
- Ability to read prints, BOMs, and work instructions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, “lead by example” mentality
