Working Foreman - 3rd Shift

Job Purpose

Maintains safe and sanitary building and grounds by supervising employees, and ensuring proper procedures are followed.  Current compensation at $27/hour.

Essential Job Results

1. Accomplishes sanitation staff results by communicating job expectations; initiating and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
2. Protects employees and visitors by maintaining a safe and clean building.
3. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of equipment and resources; maintaining compliance with established polices and procedures.
4. Maintains work flow by monitoring steps in the process; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
5. Maintains sanitation supplies inventory by researching supply quantities, determining inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies.
6. Performs sanitation tasks by working with staff in all areas; general cleaning and sanitation responsibilities.
7. Oversee cleaning chemical program and inventory.
8. Oversee housekeeping inventory.
9. Other duties as assigned.
