    Job Title: Workforce & Resource Deployment Analyst

    Experience: 3-5 years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, or related roles.

    Location: Lima, Peru.

    Work Model: Hybrid, with on-site attendance in Lima based on client requirements.

    At Coforge, we are looking for Workforce & Resource Deployment Analyst (22192) with the following profile.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end resource deployment processes, ensuring alignment between workforce availability and project requirements.
    • Maintain and update resource allocation and project assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes.
    • Monitor bench management, tracking available resources and identifying placement opportunities.
    • Track demand pipelines and staffing needs for local and international client projects.
    • Collaborate with Delivery, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to ensure workforce visibility and accurate resource planning.
    • Ensure adherence to workforce management processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
    • Generate reports and dashboards related to resource utilization, bench status, and demand coverage.
    • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of workforce management best practices.

    Required Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Planning, or similar roles within IT services or nearshoring environments.
    • Strong understanding of demand management and staffing dynamics in client-facing environments.
    • Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher), written and spoken.
    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach.

    Nice-to-Have Qualifications

    • Experience working in multinational or cross-border IT services environments.
    • Familiarity with resource and project management concepts in SAP-driven environments.
    • Knowledge of workforce management tools beyond SAP (e.g., resource management platforms, BI tools).
    • Experience supporting organizational change or process standardization initiatives.
