Summary



Freeman is seeking an experienced Workforce Reporting Analyst to oversee our reporting (75%) and help build and maintain our semantic models and dashboards (25%). The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience with prior PA exposure, and SuccessFactors experience.


This position will support our Human Resources team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX; however, we are also open to candidates based out of:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities



+ Oversee reporting to help business and HR users access records list in system or in exports


+ Respond to data requests

+ Help build and oversee reports in HCMS (SuccessFactors)


+ Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to leadership

+ Help guide decisions through insight support during meetings with audiences and stakeholders

+ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency, good process design, and tooling and data access

+ Collaborate on the build and maintenance of data models and dashboards


Education & Experience



+ Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) is preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work expeirence is required

+ Mid-level experience in people analytics or a related field (HR systems, other analytics domain)

+ Experience managing reporting in an HCMS; Success Factors experience would be preferred

+ Knowledge and competencies with security and sharing practices around sensitive data

+ Experience working with any BI tool. Experience with Power BI is preferred

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
