Workforce Relations Coordinator
Add to favorites View favorites
As our Workforce Relations Coordinator, you'll get a front-row seat to how a large, complex institution actually works - supporting collective bargaining sessions, assisting with workplace investigations, and helping resolve grievances, all as part of a small, collaborative team. You'll build hands-on versatile expertise in labor relations and employment law working alongside experienced leadership, legal counsel and HR partners, with genuine room to grow into certification and expanded responsibility. It's confidential, trust-based work from day one, in a role that welcomes candidates from all backgrounds who bring discretion, curiosity, and care this work deserves.
You'll do well here if you're naturally discreet, organized, and comfortable holding sensitive information with sound judgement, moving fluidly between detail-heavy documentation and higher-level analysis. If you're energized by untangling a complex problem - sorting through documentation, spotting the detail that matters, and helping bring a resolution into focus - that instinct will serve you well. Strong written and analytical skills matter - along with the interpersonal steadiness to work effectively with supervisors, administrators, legal counsel, and compliance offices, especially while juggling overlapping deadlines.
This role is a genuine change of perspective. Instead of experiencing organizational decisions after the fact, you'll be closer to how they're made and have a hand in shaping them.
If you're detail-oriented, discreet, and ready to move from observing organizational strategy to helping shape it, consider joining this dynamic team.
