Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst (Remote - Dallas, TX area).
Summary: We are seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to support workforce forecasting, headcount planning, and reporting initiatives across a large professional services organization. This role partners closely with Talent, Recruiting, Finance, and Operations leadership to deliver workforce insights and support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and headcount reporting
- Analyze workforce data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and business leaders
- Prepare and present recurring workforce reports and planning metrics
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce planning activities
- Monitor attrition, promotions, mobility, and other workforce indicators
