Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing logistics and supply chain organization, for a remote Workflow Coordinator to join their operations team. This entry-level role is built for someone who loves keeping things organized and moving, acting as the connective tissue between departments so that shipments, orders, and hand-offs never stall out. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by solving small problems before they become big ones, this is a great way to launch a career in supply chain operations.
Day to day, you will track tasks across multiple teams, monitor shared dashboards and queues, and reach out the moment something looks off schedule. The best fits here are natural organizers who communicate clearly, are comfortable juggling several moving pieces at once, and take genuine satisfaction in spotting a bottleneck before it causes a delay. No prior logistics experience is required, just strong follow-through, curiosity about how processes work, and a willingness to learn the systems that keep freight and orders on track.
